As a result, client data may be stored on a 3rd party server. Seguin Financial ensures that all data is fully encrypted and is protected through restricted access authentication. Customers should be aware that Seguin Financial cannot control the systems in place at 3rd party service provides and therefore the client assumes the risk of holding their data with any 3rd party provider.

We understand that in the course of our review of your information, we may become party to personal information that you have collected on your employees, customers, and other relations. We assure you that this information will be kept private and confidential and will not be released to any third party other than as may be required by law, unless consent is obtained.

Consent

Seguin Financial collects personal information only by lawful and fair means. Wherever possible, Seguin Financial collects personal information directly from the individual, but we may obtain personal information from other sources, such as governmental agencies and financial institutions, or the individual’s employer in the event that Seguin Financial acts for an individual.
